Albera Rosso
“Red wine made from Nibiò, Muetto and Mostarino grapes. Muetto and Mostarino are native abandoned vines of the Val Borbera that we are recovering and multiplying. Spontaneous fermentations. Vinified in contact with the skins for 60 days in a fiberglass tank. Aging in fiberglass.It does not contain added sulphites or anything else. Only grapes.”
Barbàn Rosso
“Red wine obtained from the last historical vineyards of Val Borbera from 60/70 years old plants, with about 25 different grape varieties: 20% white and 80% black, harvested and vinified together. Spontaneous fermentations. Vinified in contact with the skins for 4 months, aged in steel tanks for 1 year and in a used oak barriques for 6 months. It does not contain added sulphites or anything else. Only grapes.”
