80% Petit Rouge, 20% other local varieties - Cornalin, Fumin, Mayolet, Vien de Nus, Gamay etc. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in old botti for 8-9 months before bottling. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining.

100% Petit Rouge. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in old botti for 9 months before bottling. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
