100% Procanico. Spontaneous fermentation with 6 months of skin maceration. 1/3 is aged in chestnut and 2/3 in oak barrels. No filtering or fining, no temperature control, and no added sulfur.
PocoRosso Rosato
80% White Grapes (Procanico/Malvasia/Grechetto/Trebbiano), 20% Red Grapes (Sangiovese/Ciliegiolo/Greghetto). Spontaneous fermentation with a short maceration of both the white and red grapes. Aging in oak and chestnut barrels. No filtering or fining, no temperature control, and no added sulfur.
Ortaccio Rosso
Sangiovese and Greghetto with a little Merlot. Spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass containers. Aging in oak and chestnut barrels. No filtering or fining, no temperature control, and no added sulfur.
Vecchi Filari Rosso
Sangiovese 45%, Greghetto 45%, Ciliegiolo 10%. Old vine ‘riserva’ cuvee. Spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass containers. Aging in old Barrique. No filtering or fining, no temperature control, and no added sulfur.
Cabaleo Rosso
50% Aleatico from new young vines in Gradoli and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon hand harvested from a friend, both de-stemmed and macerated together for two weeks. Aged for 13 months in old oak barriques. No filtering or fining and no added sulfur.
