Malvasia, Trebbiano with a little Orpicchio. Spontaneous fermentation with 20% of juice on skins during fermenation. Aged in stainless steel until bottling in the Spring. Minimal added sulfur and no sterile filtering or fining.

75% Sangiovese and 25% Colorino and Canaiolo (sometimes with some white grapes added). Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in cement until bottling in the Spring. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
Chianti - Colli Aretini DOCG
Mostly Sangiovese with Canaiolo and Colorino. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in cement and stainless steel. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
PugniRosso
100% Pugnitello. Spontaneous fermentation in open barrique. Aged in cement tank. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
Vignanova Rosso
95% Sangiovese with a little Canaiolo/Colorino (only from best vintages). Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in single barrel for 18 months, then further aging in bottle. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
