Terra Bassa Bianco
Trebbiano Toscano with a smaller percentage of Trebbiano Romagnolo, Albana, Malvasia and Canaiolo Rosa. Spontaneous fermentation with a month of skin maceration for the fruit with the best skins, and the rest direct-press. Blended and then aged in stainless steel tanks until following summer. No filtering or fining.
Terra Bassa Rosato
Sangiovese and Merlot with a little Canaiolo. Spontaneous fermentation with 14hrs skin maceration. Aged in stainless steel tanks until the following Spring. No filtering or fining.
Terra Bassa Rosso
Sangiovese and Canaiolo, with a small amount of Merlot, Cabernet, and other native varieties (Uva San Forte, Rossone, Rapone and Raponcello). Spontaneous fermentation with 10 days skin maceration. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 9 months. No filtering or fining.
